When we started our call, we asked the audience: Which part of the lead distribution process is the biggest headache?

The good news - Distro can solve for all of these headaches
With Distro, you can:
When Nathan first joined Chili Piper, he was frequently brought in to deals as a Solution Engineer. As the team grew, he realized that there must be an easier way to manage this process than over slack messages. He also knew (since he travels frequently, and works from all over the world) that this was not sustainable given the different time zones of our prospects and customers.
The below process can also be built for use cases such as:
He built a flow in Salesforce to be able to help AEs tag in when a Solution Engineer was needed
Once the box was checked on the Salesforce side, the Distro flow was triggered. These flows can be triggered with any criteria as a record is created or updated.
The flow assigns Opps to the correct Solution Engineer based on criteria we've selected
It also sends us a helpful Slack alert to notify the team
An added bonus of this flow - you are able to use Chili Piper to find times to book calls between the AE and SE 😊

How to use our Matching Hub to merge duplicates, auto-convert leads to active accounts, and assign ownership
How to use Distro to ensure event leads are followed up with, turning event leads into sales opportunities
