TJ Nokleby, Director of Marketing at Grow, had a gap he needed to close: qualified leads were coming in, but too many were going cold before ever booking a demo.
The Friction Problem
Before Chili Piper, demo requests triggered a follow-up sequence. Prospects would fill out a form and then wait — for an email, for a rep to respond, for a calendar link to arrive. By the time the meeting was booked, the intent window had closed.
Self-Scheduling at Peak Intent
With Form Concierge, Grow eliminated the gap between form submission and calendar booking. Prospects could schedule their demo immediately, while they were still on the page and still interested.
The demo-scheduling rate improved from 40% to 70% — a 75% relative improvement. Grow also reduced the number of steps to schedule a demo by more than half, removing friction at every point in the process.
With better data flowing through Chili Piper's dashboards, TJ also identified underperforming paid channels — cutting spend on sources that generated leads but not meetings.
