Today marks a significant day in the design of Chili Piper – the first phase of a new user interface is being rolled out across our products.
With over 3.7 million meetings booked through our platform, we’ve long known that Chili Piper helps businesses generate more revenue through automated meetings and scheduling.
Whether you’re an organization of 100 or 10,000, the ability to work fast and onboard team members at scale is extremely important. We know that every design improvement we make to our platform helps teams become more productive and connect with buyers faster.
That’s why we’ve set out to redesign our platform, making it more intuitive and scalable for revenue teams.
Here’s a quick look at what’s changing this weekend in Chili Piper. I’ve included an overview for Admins and Users, so click below to learn more.
Chili Piper has a collection of Apps and a new Admin Center where you can manage all of them.
The Admin Center is where you manage your different team workspaces, whereas each individual app is where team members can manage their personal settings, like meeting templates and calendar settings.
At any point you can click the four-square icon at the top of your screen to jump around, but as an admin you’ll likely spend most of your time in the Admin Center.
Reminder: If you want to manage your team workspaces in a particular app, you need to go to the Admin Center and look under Recent Workspaces or Manage Apps.
Like Beyonce said – everything you own in the box to the left.
There was a time when Chili Piper had a top, left, and side navigation. No more. We’ve moved all navigation to the left menu. This keeps it simple and easier for you to move around the application.
We’ve also added a secondary navigation layer to make moving between tasks and workspaces easier. While managing your workspaces or settings, you can quickly hop back to your home screen or other areas of your Admin Center.
To update any of your global personal details, go to the bottom left corner of your screen. This is where you can update your profile information and integrations. You’ll also find your support links here.
In the bottom left corner you’ll also see the ability to collapse and expand your navigation, giving you less clutter and more space to work. We’ll sometimes collapse or expand it for you, but you can always switch between settings yourself.
This is a new dashboard in our Meetings product, where reps can quickly see all of their upcoming meetings booked through Chili Piper. Simply click on a meeting to see all of the event details.
Chili Piper has a collection of apps, like our Meetings app, for example. When you log in, you’ll drop right into that app, but you can easily switch by clicking the four-square icon in the top left.

This is only the first step in a number of product enhancements you can expect in the coming months. Our design team is working on a number of smart design updates that will make Chili Piper more scalable and powerful for your team.
